    Robert:

    I don't know if the alley has an actual street name. But the greenery you see in the background is the edge of Pioneer Park (where the Coit tower is located). It was a couple of blocks North of Filbert. If you look at the alley from the other angle (part 59), you will notice a tall building way in the background. I used that as a reference and wandered around the area until I found this alley. Hope that helps.

    Found it on Google Maps! Telegraph Place at Child Street! The greenery of Pioneer Park in the background helped immensely, thanks!
