This was my first viewing of Up The Sandbox. It wasn't my favorite. Of course it didn't help that some scenes were so heavily edited that they didn't make sense. I seem to remember it aired in the middle of the summer (1977).I didn't see it again until years later when I rented the VHS tape. I finally got to see the whole thing unedited. The story made a little bit more sense, but it still wasn't my favorite.
