Kid Natural
Ryan said he liked this photo of him and Barbra (I do too.) When I asked Ryan if he would also add Kid Natural to his autograph he asked "how do you spell natural"?

RCA VideoDiscs
During the early years of home video laserdiscs were introduced to the market. While they had better sound and picture, VCRs dominated the market because they could record programs too. Laserdiscs bit the dust (along with VCRs) after DVDs came to market. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the RCA discs had to be played on one of their players.

Left in the Dark
I never did see Emotion in the movie theaters. It must have had a limited release (N.Y., L.A.- as usual). I did see it on MTV back when they showed music videos on that channel. I can remember a few times at the top of the hour when the V.J. would annouce the line up for the next hour and mention Barbra's name! When VH1 started up as a new cable channel, they would play this video all the time, along with Left in the Dark. Now the few times Barbra does a music video they are all "left in the dark".

Hello, Dolly! at the Olmos
This is a clipping from the Olmos theater movie calendar in San Antonio from the '70s. It's either from '77 or '78. It was my first screening of the movie. I remember the exit music from Hello, Dolly! played for about 30 seconds then just stopped suddenly. The theater has long since closed down, but this clipping survives!
