I bought the paperback Movies on TV (1978-79 Revised Edition) way back when it was a new book. It's seen better days, but it's a great source for old movies new ones too, circa 1978.
They loved Funny Girl, no surprise there. I had trouble patching the review together- it was split between columns. The rest of the article says "Merrill hit "People." Director William Wyler deserves credit for having handled Barbra's film debut so superbly. (155 mins.)
