Good point about the hair. Someone had scribbled "the hungry i" on the back of the photo, that's why I assumed it was from that engagement.

If this "Matt" is Matt Howe, then case closed- it's the rehearsals for Johnson's Inauguration!
She had a bob at this point in her career. That haircut was from after "My Name Is Barbra".
